About the role
As a Certified Medical Assistant joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier.
Responsibilities
- Assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.
- Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
- Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Maintains examination areas.
- Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
- Maintains critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and works with minimal supervision.
- Takes appropriate action in a stressful environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Washington CMA License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
