About the role

Provides and implements tailored physical therapy treatment programs across all age groups, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required); Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) (required); relevant education accepted for candidates prior to 2015
• Experience: Preferred: at least one year of clinical experience
• Certifications & Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required within 90 days of start); Licensed Physical Therapist from the licensing board; Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) Certification
