About the role

Implements tailored treatment programs for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, following established physical therapy practices and principles. Collaborates effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Previous standards are accepted for candidates matriculated before 2015.
• Preferred experience: at least one year of clinical practice.
• Mandatory certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within ninety days of employment; a valid Physical Therapist license from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners; Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification.
