We are seeking a Physical Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities. Key Duties Include Developing and adjusting treatment plans collaboratively with patients and physiciansProviding patient education, discharge instructions, and community resource referralsDocumenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and care plans in compliance with departmental standardsActing as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipmentEnsuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and infection control standardsPromoting excellent customer service using AIDET principles and fostering a positive, respectful environmentParticipating in professional development, mandatory training, and team activities Qualifications Include Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical TherapyLicensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certificationEffective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and computer skills The role emphasizes ethical practice, diversity, confidentiality, punctuality, and collaboration to deliver high-quality patient care.
