Job Summary

As our Physical Therapist, you will provide a continuum of services to patients suffering from neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders. You will play a vital role in restoring their optimal health and well-being. Every day, you will utilize the rehabilitation process to provide mobility training, strengthening exercises, modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients, presenting or referred to physical therapy, by completing initial evaluation within time standards per department protocol.
• Performs a variety of best practice and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the unique rehabilitation needs of each patient.
• Establishes appropriate treatment plan with measurable and attainable goals and time frames by collaborating with patient, family, and other members of the healthcare team including discharge planning.
