Role Overview

Plans and executes tailored physical therapy treatment programs for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric. Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient-specific therapy plans following accepted practices.
• Work collaboratively within treatment teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory, with acceptable standards for prior candidates.
• Preferred: Over one year of clinical experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of start.
• Licensed Physical Therapist from the relevant licensing board.
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification is a plus.
