Certified Department Manager

About the role

This is a job for a candidate with experience as a McDonald's manager with experience in one of the 3 restaurant departments: Guest, People or Kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience each visit.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results to both teams and other managers.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Swing Manager for McDonald's to qualify for this position.
• For those not yet certified, consider applying for Shift Leader positions instead.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts and managing departments within a McDonald's store.
• Knowledge of and experience with the Guest, People, or Kitchen departments.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to set and achieve goals.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety and inventory management principles.
