About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. In this role, you will perform high-quality CT examinations while utilizing advanced imaging technology, Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, and digital data management tools. Working under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental leadership, you will play an essential role in delivering accurate, timely diagnostic imaging that supports exceptional patient care. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety while collaborating with a world-class clinical staff. Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT examinations
- Utilize advanced imaging technology, Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, and digital data management tools
- Deliver accurate, timely diagnostic imaging to support patient care
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety
- Collaborate with a world-class clinical staff
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- New York State Certification for Intravascular Contrast Media Injection, or ability to obtain certification within six months of hire
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R)
- Current ARRT certification and registration in Computed Tomography (CT) or NMTCB (CT), or eligibility to obtain certification and registration within six months of hire
- Ability to maintain all New York State and ARRT continuing education and credential renewal requirements
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Proficiency with EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality-specific software systems
Preferred Criteria
- At least one year of Diagnostic Imaging experience
- Recent CT experience
Schedule
Full-time, evenings: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:00 AM. Includes alternating weekends and holidays.
Pay
Salary Range: $57.45 - $68.35/Hourly

Location: 5141 Broadway (at 220th Street), New York, NY 10034. This is a union role requiring registration with the 1199 Job Security Fund. All roles require on-site presence, so employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
