About the role

The Certified Central Sterile Technician will perform duties within the Instrument Room areas, including the decontamination, preparation, and sterile processing of surgical instruments and supplies for patient use in accordance with Hospital and Departmental policies and procedures.

Schedule

• Shift: Evening (3 PM–11:30 PM)
• Scheduled daily hours: 7.5 hours
• Work days: Evenings vary

Pay

Hourly rate: $29.97 (hiring rate; may vary based on shift differential, experience, education, or other relevant factors).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Successful completion of a nationally accredited central service exam for Central Service Technicians
• Holds and maintains Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) credential administered by a nationally accredited central service technician credentialing organization
