We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Title, Department, Location, Pay Range, Close Date, description about team, benefits, role description, responsibilities list, minimum qualifications, supplemental info (screening and compliance), working conditions, equipment/tools. We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities (list), Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine), Benefits (list), Pay (range), Schedule? Not mentioned schedule specifics. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. Remove duplicated lines. The posting includes "Employees at Bernalillo County enjoy the ability to team up..." that's about culture/benefits. Also later "Employees of Bernalillo County enjoy many thoughtful rewards such as..." That's benefits list. We'll combine into Benefits section. Pay Range given: $78,582.00 - $124,093.00. Include Pay section. Close Date maybe metadata; we can fold into a short p under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location, department, close date in a short p maybe under About the role. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    Pay

    Pay Range: $78,582.00 - $124,093.00

We might also include Working Conditions and Equipment, Tools, Materials as separate sections? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Working Conditions and Equipment into a section like "Working Conditions & Equipment". But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills not present. We could omit Skills. We could add a section for Working Conditions and Equipment under maybe "Working Conditions". But not in the allowed headings list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning examples, not limited to those. So we can add other headings if needed, but better to follow those examples. However we have substantive info about Working Conditions and Equipment. Could we fold them into Responsibilities or About the role? Probably better to create a section "Working Conditions" and "Equipment, Tools, and Materials". But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding two more sections may be okay if they are substantive. But we could combine them into a section "Working Conditions and Equipment". That would be one heading. Let's create a section "Working Conditions and Equipment". Use

    Working Conditions and Equipment

    then

    for prose and maybe

for equipment list. Working conditions text: Perform duties both indoors and outdoors. Work indoors in both temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled environments; work outdoors in all weather conditions, including severe weather. Experience occasional exposure to vibration and noise during building inspections at construction sites. Work indoors on even surfaces such as carpet, tile, or concrete, which may be wet or dry. Work outdoors on a variety of surfaces, including concrete, asphalt, natural ground, gravel, snow, ice, or roofs; surfaces may be even or uneven, and wet or dry. Use stairs, ladders, and scaffolding when performing outdoor duties. Experience exposure to fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, and areas with poor ventilation. Encounter work hazards such as heights, active construction sites, scaffolding, and loose animals. Equipment list: Operate a variety of office equipment, including mainframe computers, photocopiers, and communication devices. Use work aids such as construction documents, books, binders, hard hats, gloves, tape measures, architectural scales, and cameras. Operate a county vehicle as needed. We'll put that in a
. Thus final HTML includes sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Working Conditions and Equipment. We omitted Skills and Schedule as not present. Check we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. We preserved all substantive info: location, department, close date, description, responsibilities list, qualifications, supplemental compliance, benefits list, pay range, working conditions, equipment. We removed boilerplate like "The above information is intended to outline the general nature and scope..." That's a generic statement; we might consider it boilerplate but it's part of responsibilities description. It says "The above information is intended to outline the general nature and scope of the duties required for this position. It is not an exhaustive list and may vary depending on specific job assignments and responsibilities." This is somewhat generic but still part of posting. Should we keep? It's not really a duty; it's a disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is not exactly those categories but could be considered generic boilerplate. However it's part of the responsibilities section; but we could keep it as it's not harmful. I'd keep it maybe as a sentence in responsibilities? But we already have responsibilities list; we could add a

after list: "The above information is intended to outline the general nature and scope of the duties required for this position. It is not an exhaustive list and may vary depending on specific job assignments and responsibilities." That's not a list, it's prose. We'll add as a

        after the

. Similarly, there is a line "Employees of Bernalillo County enjoy many thoughtful rewards such as, but not limited to generous leave accruals; career development opportunities; remote & flex-work options as appropriate; longevity pay; education assistance program; health benefits; lucrative retirement; and so much more." We turned into benefits list; we captured the items. The "and so much more" is vague; we could omit as filler. We'll just list the specific items. We also have "Employees at Bernalillo County enjoy the ability to team up with each other to build a high quality of life for our county residents, communities, and businesses. In addition to being an organization with a strong focus on work-life balance, building a culture of flexibility, learning, and belonging the County offers many benefits." That's prose about culture; we included in About the role maybe. We'll incorporate that. Now ensure no duplicated lines. We have not duplicated. Now produce final HTML. Let's craft:
