We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Art Therapist to join our Pediatric Behavioral Health Unit at Wolfson Children’s Hospital. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide art therapy to patients in behavioral health settings.
• Facilitate group therapy and assessments with an inpatient pediatric population (groups of 10-14 patients).
• Conduct leisure assessments on a pediatric behavioral health inpatient unit.
• Utilize expressive processes through art, meditation, journaling, and other techniques to enhance the emotional, behavioral, and physical well-being of children and adolescents.
• Meet with new patients for assessments.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Art Therapist experience.
• Experience in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master of Science (MS) degree.
• Board Certified Art Therapist (ATCB).
