About the role
A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies and is currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).
Responsibilities
- Work in various settings including assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care.
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Chart and execute care plans as directed.
- Participate in on-site training provided by A Plus Health Care.
- Be prepared to take on additional shifts based on performance.
Requirements
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
- Proof of current immunizations (including TB test and Hepatitis B).
- CPR certification.
- Pass a criminal background check.
