About the role
A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies and is currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).
Responsibilities
- Work in various settings including assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care.
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Chart and execute care plans.
- Participate in on-site training.
- Help with patient care needs as assigned.
Requirements
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
- Proof of current immunizations (including TB test and Hepatitis B).
- CPR certification.
- Pass a criminal background check.

Pay
The base rate is $18 per hour, with the potential to increase to $24.70 per hour based on performance and qualifications.
