About the role
The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) seeks a highly experienced and proficient leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee an organization of 193 FTEs and a budget of over $75 million with over $135 million in assets. Reporting to the Board of Commissioners, the CEO will coordinate strategies for development, housing, and the financial and administrative operations of a complex organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, public administration, business or finance administration, or a related field
- 10 to 15 years of experience in public housing and redevelopment operations
- A graduate degree and Public Housing Manager Certification are preferred
