Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate or technology environment
- 10+ years total in administrative or operations roles
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Zoom)
- Experience coordinating travel and managing complex schedules across multiple time zones
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day
- Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment
