Century City, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Silicon Valley - Financial Services Consumer Litigation Alternative Track Associate
Morgan Lewis is seeking a highly qualified alternative track associate to join our litigation practice group in our Century City, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley office.
About the role
The successful applicant must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be a member of the California bar. This position has a billable hour requirement of 1,750.
Requirements
- 5 or more years handling high volume litigation
- Familiarity with both state and federal court procedures
- Well versed in consumer protection laws including the TCPA, EFTA, and FCRA
- Experience representing financial services institutions (preferred)
Pay
For positions in California, the salary wage range for this position is $250,000 base. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.
