Los Angeles, Orange County - Products Liability & Toxic Tort Litigation Alternative Track Associate

Seeking highly qualified alternative track associates to join our litigation – products liability and toxic torts practice in our Los Angeles or Orange County, California offices.

About the role

This is a non-partnership track position with a billable hour requirement of 1,850 hours annually.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume litigation
• Take depositions
• Lead discovery

Requirements

• Member of the California State Bar
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• At least three to five years of experience in litigation
• Familiarity with California state court procedures

Qualifications

Experience in products liability and toxic torts is a plus but not required.

Pay

The salary wage range for this position is $170,000 to $225,000. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on factors including prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
