Complex Commercial Litigation Counsel - Los Angeles (Century City)

Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Counsel to join its Los Angeles-Century City office.

Responsibilities

• Drafting ready-to-file documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Independently managing case files and tasks
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills
• Experience with depositions, trial preparation activities, and meaningful stand-up courtroom experience preferred

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm
• Admission to the California State Bar

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000-$450,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to: relevant experience and work history, graduation and class year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
