Centralized Scheduler - Referrals
Job Summary
The Centralized Scheduler is responsible for scheduling surgeries, appointments and procedures at the request of physicians and customers. They also transcribe and scan all orders and H&P's into the electronic medical record, maintain scheduling related work queues, initiate medical necessity checking, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)
Typical hours for this position: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

One year of experience in a medical environment which included scheduling duties strongly preferred. Medical terminology or prior Administrative Partner experience.Professional and courteous manners in dealing with customers.
Appropriate and timely independent judgement.
Computer experience required.
