About the Role

Premier Radiology (a Radiology Partners practice) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our outpatient imaging centers in the Greater Nashville, TN area. This full remote position involves managing radiology appointments, insurance verification, and patient communications while working within the CST time-zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage radiology appointments and obtain patient insurance information
• Answer multi-line phones for multiple locations
• Work with incoming faxes and send out medical records
• Exercise judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in healthcare is preferred
• Background with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
• Excellent communication skills

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
