Responsibilities

• Handle radiology appointments and insurance verification
• Manage a multi-line phone system for multiple locations
• Process incoming faxes and send out medical records

Success in this role requires detail orientation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday.

Requirements

• Background in healthcare preferred
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00. Final compensation may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
