Position Summary

Responsible for Radiology appointments, obtaining insurance, answering multi-line phone for multiple locations, working with incoming faxes, and sending out medical records. Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday leads to success in this role.

Full Remote Working

Compensation rate is $18/hr. Full remote working within CST time-zone.

Desired Professional Skills And Experience

Background in healthcare is preferred
Background with eClnicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
Able to exercise judgement and make decisions
Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers and management staff

Compensation & Total Rewards

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00.
