Central Office_Part-Time Certified Tutor, Title I (Federal Programs) 2026-2027

This is a one-year position funded through Title I funds, ending on or before June 30, 2027. Continuation beyond this date requires applying for and securing a new position within the DeKalb County School District for the 2026-2027 school year.

About the Role

Federal Programs is seeking a Title I Tutor who utilizes best practices to increase student achievement. The primary responsibility is to implement, deliver, and promote high academic expectations for all students. The ideal candidate must work collaboratively with team members and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a Georgia Professional Standards Commission-approved accredited college or university in the relevant educational field.
• Valid Professional Standards Commission-approved teaching certificate in the appropriate educational field.
