Central Market (Dallas) Deli Sales Lead - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Aid in product ordering
• Assist in creating weekly department schedule
• Identify and prioritize high-priority tasks
• Set clear expectations for team members
• Delegate tasks to appropriate team members
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain operational effectiveness
• Maintain regulatory compliance for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation
• Control shrink, safety, and inventory levels
• Maximize sales through merchandising and suggestive selling

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably 5-8 years
• Previous retail or restaurant experience
• Extensive knowledge of specialty food products and preparation
• Strong customer service skills
• Passion for food
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
