Central Market (Dallas) Catering Sales Lead - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Aid in product ordering
• Assist in creating weekly Department schedule
• Identify and prioritize high-priority activities
• Communicate clear expectations for tasks
• Delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain operational effectiveness
• Maximize sales through merchandising and suggestive selling
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations regarding product freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation
• Maintain standards in shrink, safety, and inventory control

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including 5-8 years in retail/restaurant environments
• Knowledge of department-specific products, food preparation, and equipment
• Extensive knowledge of specialty food products and food preparation
• Strong customer service skills
• Passion for food
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
