Center Supervisor

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Licensed Behavior Analysts) utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral, and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs.

About the role

Under the direct supervision of the Center Manager and overall direction of the Administrative Director, the Center Supervisor will provide direct ABA therapy for learners as an RBT, assist in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coverage, administrative assistance, quality assurance, and support the day-to-day needs of our center.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy 60% of weekly scheduled hours
• Provide coverage as needed for one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families
• Support the Center Manager/Administrative Director in administrative duties no more than 40% of weekly scheduled hours
• Own day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager’s absence
• Handle opening and closing of the location
• Help maintain room scheduling
• Oversee pickup and drop-off at the center
• Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center
• Ensure safety in the center

Requirements

• Active BACB RBT certification
• ABA methodology knowledge and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
