About the role
The Center of Excellence Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Patient Development team at Giving Home Health Care. This position is responsible for coordinating activities that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient data entry and review processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to gather and analyze patient feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate seamless patient care coordination.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or patient care coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with occasional in-person meetings. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
