About the role

We are a primary care group providing high quality, accessible healthcare to underserved and at risk populations. Our integrated approach to healthcare means that we address each patient’s overall well‑being for physical and mental health. We are looking for a Medical Director/Physician (M.D./DO) to lead a great team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care (approximately 60% of time).
• Perform administrative oversight and leadership duties (approximately 40% of time).

Qualifications

• M.D. and/or DO from an accredited school.
• Preferred 2+ years clinical experience in Family Medicine and/or Primary Care.
• Experience treating patients across the full lifespan.
• Experience in a Community Health or FQHC setting preferred.
• Active New York medical license.
• Valid DEA license.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Pay

$225,000 – $254,000 per year.

Schedule

Monday – Friday (day
