Qualifications:
- Must be an M.D. and/or DO from an accredited school
- Prioritize 2+ years clinical experience in Family Medicine and/or Primary Care experience
- Experience treating the full lifespan
- Experience in a Community Health or FQHC setting preferred
- Active NY License
- DEA License
- Bilingual a plus
