Qualifications

• Must be an M.D. and/or DO from an accredited school
• Prefers 2+ years clinical experience in Family Medicine and/or Primary Care experience
• Experience treating the full lifespan
• Experience in a Community Health or FQHC setting preferred
• Active NY License
• DEA License
• Bilingual a plus
