Core Responsibilities

- Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
- Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
- Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
- Physical: Ability to stand/walk for shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
- Credentials: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
