Center Manager

About the role

The Center Manager (CM) is a critically important role in the overall functioning of a dialysis clinic. The CM maintains operational excellence while leading a high-performing team that exhibits high morale and professionalism in the day-to-day operations of the center. The CM coordinates the care and quality of treatments for patients to improve both their life and quality of living. This is achieved by facilitating patient care in collaboration with Satellite employees, physicians, and other representatives. The CM consistently demonstrates a high standard of care for patients and maintains a high level of compassion in every interaction. The CM also plays an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members as appropriate.

Minimum qualifications

• One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience.
• Management or supervisor experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC).

Pay

USD $98,000.00 – USD $147,000.00 per year.
