Center Manager Physical Therapist -Crown Point (Winfield)

About the role

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Two years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• A valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.

Qualifications

Pay

• Starting at $90,000-$105,000 with potential for sign on bonus or unlimited student debt relief program.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday (2 evenings required).
