Center Manager IV
About the role
Manage the Center sales and service efforts to ensure retention of existing relationships and growth of new relationships.
Responsibilities
- Comply with and stay abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
- Manage the Center budget to ensure deposit goals are met, loan goals are achieved, and net income results are delivered.
- Ensure all established Bank personnel policies and procedures are followed properly, including timely performance reviews and salary increases.
- Implement and follow all Bank operating and lending policies and procedures.
- Oversee Center sales and service efforts to retain existing relationships and grow new ones, ensuring value-added customer service.
- Ensure proper implementation and adherence to all Bank audit procedures.
- Adhere to the Bank's CRA policies and objectives within the Center and its assigned service area.
- Foster teamwork and a focus on delivering The Citizens Experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage all associates in the Center, including 1-3 subordinate supervisors.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit.
- Carry out supervisory duties in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, and addressing complaints.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: Fifth-year college or university program certificate; or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Pay
Salary Range: $154,579.00 to $228,004.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
