Center Manager IV

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
• Manage the Center budget to ensure that deposit goals are met, achieve loan goals and achieve net income results.
• Ensure that all established Bank personnel policies and procedures are followed properly.
• Ensure timely implementation of performance reviews and salary increases.
• Ensure that all Bank operating and lending policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
• Manage the Center sales and service efforts to ensure retention of existing relationships and growth of new relationships.
• Ensure that customer service levels are value added.
• Ensure that all Bank audit procedures are properly implemented and followed.
• Ensure that the Bank's CRA policies and objectives are adhered to in the Center and its assigned service area.
• Commitment to teamwork and a focus on delivering The Citizens Experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, and telephone.
• Occasionally stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $154,579.00 To $228,004.00 Annually

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
