Center Manager II
Job Summary
We are seeking a clinical Center Manager II to provide expertise and champion patient care at CareNow - West Columbia, part of HCA Healthcare.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting required
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in a medical office setting preferred
- BLS Certification required within 30 days of start
- Must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic clinic leadership
- Engages in streamlining operational workflows and leading change management
- May lead centers needing immediate improvement or focus on growth
- Obtains, interprets, and presents metrics and analyses to senior leadership
- Absorbs and manages financial aspects of clinic operations
- Maintains patient flow and ensures timely communication
- Maintains compliance with all regulations and policies
