Responsibilities
- Mets and exceeds company revenue goals and KPIs
- Directs, implements, and maintains guest experience and service standards
- Develops, implements, and maintains programs/processes to enhance guest satisfaction
- Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates
- Develops and holds team accountable to product and service sales and profitability goals
- Prepares accurate and timely reports and correspondence
- Schedule education trainings and workshops with vendors and clinical operations
- Utilizes marketing tools to generate new business and host successful events
- Complies with all federal, state and local labor and employment laws
Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
- Minimum 2 years experience in leadership
- Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar (Preferred)
