Responsibilities

• Mets and exceeds company revenue goals and KPIs
• Directs, implements, and maintains guest experience and service standards
• Develops, implements, and maintains programs/processes to enhance guest satisfaction
• Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates
• Develops and holds team accountable to product and service sales and profitability goals
• Prepares accurate and timely reports and correspondence
• Schedule education trainings and workshops with vendors and clinical operations
• Utilizes marketing tools to generate new business and host successful events
• Complies with all federal, state and local labor and employment laws

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
• Minimum 2 years experience in leadership
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar (Preferred)
