Full-Time Center Manager

About the Role

The Center Manager (CM) oversees the daily operations of a dialysis clinic, ensuring operational excellence and leading a high-performing, compassionate team. They coordinate patient care and treatment quality, working closely with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to promote life and quality of living for patients. The CM also educates and mentors staff to uphold high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams and facilitate patient care
• Maintain high standards of compassion and promote a positive environment for patients and staff
• Set a tone that improves patient lives holistically
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• 6 months of hemodialysis nursing experience
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
• Valid RN license per state regulations
