About the role
The Center Manager oversees all operations within the center, ensuring that daily activities align with organizational goals and objectives. This includes managing staff, coordinating programs, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate programs and events to meet participant needs and enhance community engagement.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, education, business).
- At least 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
