About the Role

The Center Manager (CM) is vital for clinic operations, overseeing high standards of care and team performance in a dialysis center. They coordinate patient treatments to ensure both life preservation and quality of living, working closely with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain operational excellence and high morale.
• Educate and mentor staff members.
• Ensure compassionate interactions with patients.
• Facilitate care coordination and treatment quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience and 6 months of hemodialysis nursing.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the practice state or per Nursing Licensure Compact rules.
