Center Manager

About the Role

Seeking a clinical Center Manager to provide expertise and champion patient care at MD Now, an HCA Healthcare company. This role is incentive eligible and involves managing clinic operations 7 days a week, with flexibility to fill open shifts and float to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff
• Develop and lead the execution of clinic goals and objectives to support overall performance and operations
• Manage team performance, including addressing patient and visitor issues, providing feedback, recognizing good performance, and identifying candidates for promotions
• Monitor patient flow, keep patients informed, reduce wait times using Web Check-in, and coordinate efforts to ensure high-quality care
• Ensure all cash management procedures are followed appropriately
• Regularly communicate with primary accounts
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory measures
• Within 3 months of employment, obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
• RN, LPN, MA, NCT, RT, or other applicable clinical license beneficial
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of start
