Responsibilities

  • Maintains and maximizes customer service delivery and satisfaction
  • Implements store marketing programs
  • Aids in store financials and reporting
  • Oversees center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Strong sales skills and training abilities to lead and motivate team

Qualifications

  • Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school preferred
  • Previous store management experience required, including personnel and financial management experience
  • P&L experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Outstanding phone skills
  • Bona fide management/leadership skills
  • Willingness to take full responsibility for center operations
