Responsibilities
- Maintains and maximizes customer service delivery and satisfaction
- Implements store marketing programs
- Aids in store financials and reporting
- Oversees center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Strong sales skills and training abilities to lead and motivate team
Qualifications
- Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school preferred
- Previous store management experience required, including personnel and financial management experience
- P&L experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Bona fide management/leadership skills
- Willingness to take full responsibility for center operations
