What You’ll Be Doing

• Yardie Magic: You will be the magic behind all great events with your ability to set their spaces up for a successful evening.
• What does setting them up look like? Furniture, relevant stock and assisting with any vendor bump-ins
• Maintenance Guru: identifying maintenance issues and identifying them to the general manager. When the maintenance crew do come in, you will take them through the issues and make sure they are resolved in a timely manner—because you know a well-kept place is a happy place!
• Cellar Savvy: Receiving deliveries and managing our stock. Keg changing, beer line management. Also, making sure our cellar is organised and well-maintained
• One team one dream: During peak service periods you will be assisting the team with clearing the floor/ running food

Who You Are

• Have 1 year experience in cellar duties e.g keg changing, receiving deliveries
• Prepared: person who understands the key to success is planning a head of time the tasks you need to complete and time frames
• Organised: You can keep our cellar in check and ensure everything is in its right place
• Team Player: You work well with others and are always ready to lend a helping hand
