Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits & 20 minutes north of Scottsville

Hours

Full-time - on site, non – exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30 pm Overtime as needed, during bottling/harvest season

Wage

$18.00 - $24.00/hour, based on experience

Essential Duties

• Transfer, rack, and blend wines as needed
• Absorb, filter, and bottle wines and ciders
• Assist with set-up and clean-up activities, including hosing down floors, and storing bottling, packaging materials, etc.
• Perform all aspects of seasonal harvest-related work as assigned. Seasonal harvest duties include pump overs, punch-downs, racking tanks, and operating sorting equipment
• Sample tanks as needed

Requirements

• Works on feet for eight hours a day
• Ability to work long hours and/or seven days a week during harvest
• Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 70 pounds
• Frequently bends over, kneels, twists, reaches over head, and walks varied surfaces
