Cellar Brewer

Octopi's cellar team keeps a 24/7 operation moving and as the U.S. home of Asahi Super Dry, that operation is only getting bigger. We're adding brewers across all five shifts to keep pace with real, sustained growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage yeast pitching, fermentation, conditioning, filtration, dry hopping, and dealcoholization
• Keep tanks, lines, and cellar equipment clean, sanitized, and running smoothly (CIP)
• Track batch data and flag anything that looks off before it becomes a problem
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your shift supervisor and teammates to hit production targets

Requirements

• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a loud, temperature-varied production environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, hard-working, and safety-first

Qualifications

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing experience
