Responsibilities
- Cell TRL assessment (performances, product & process, safety, LCA and cost)
- Cell design & associated performances evaluation
- Technologies roadmaps with tiers #1 and #2 partner screenings
- To lead a multi-skilled team on a given cell engineering system (coordination & synthesis) according to cell design, integration and validation
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Materials Engineering or Electrochemistry
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Research or Advanced Engineering area
- Proven experience in electrochemistry modeling and cell internal design tools
- Experience in Disruptive cell technologies
- Experience in providing technical guidance and direction during supplier technical reviews
- Proven experience in designing and building lithium-ion battery materials and electrodes
