Celebrations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an exuberant Celebrations Manager to join our Catering & Events team. The role focuses on driving luxury events, maximizing profit, achieving revenue goals, and supporting financial, business, and marketing objectives for meetings, parties, and other gatherings while leading and inspiring staff to execute memorable events.

Responsibilities

• Developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieve set revenue goals
• Supporting the financial, business, and marketing objectives for meetings, parties, and other gatherings at the hotel
• Energizing staff and leading by example on a daily basis
• Collaborating on each new project to inspire and assist in executing events that leave guests in awe of their surroundings

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience in hospitality and food & beverage
• Post-secondary diploma or degree (preferred)

• Expertise in Catering & Events
• Strong leadership abilities
• Natural salesperson
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay

$70,000–$80,000 annually
