About the role

We have a Class A Driver opening in Princeton, IN for Recent New CDL Graduates that have received their CDL License. We want the right driver to join us at Ryder.

Responsibilities

  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Fulfilling all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the checking in and out of freight
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 9 months or less of CDL driving experience
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder background and a Motor Vehicle Registration check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A
  • Ability to: Follow written and/or oral instructions, Read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Qualifications

Gain hands-on experience from the finest instructors in the industry. Ryder Employees who Drive on this account earn $1050 or more Weekly and it gets better.

Benefits

Weekly Guarantee $1050 per week Solo Miles Pay: $0.55 per Mile with 2500 Miles per Week Solo Stops Pay: $13.00 per Stop Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per Drop / Hook

Must Be Flexible Start Time: Must Be Flexible With Both AM and PM Shifts
