Job Responsibilities
- Communicate and maintain good working relationships with internal and external individuals.
- Demonstrate effective leadership—Motivation, Instruction and Discipline.
- Act as the school representative in ways that will strengthen the profile and build relationships.
- Ensure policies and procedures, both internally and in accordance with State and Federal guidelines, are communicated from the top all the way down to ensure they are always followed.
- Maintain a Quality Assurance oversight program in accordance with the CDL Third Party Administrator Contract.
- Strategically create schedules for students for Training and Testing in accordance with available team members.
- Maintain ELDT compliance as well as compliance with all other State and Federal agencies for self, trainers under your command, and for the facility location.
- Perform all other related duties as requested by the CEO/Owner of FleetForce.
Job Requirements
- At least three (2) years of driving experience preferred.
- Required to have a High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Able to pass a pre-employment Background and Drug/Alcohol test.
- Must be able to provide Driver’s License, MVR, and DOT Medical Certificate.
- Must meet FMCSA Requirements.
- You must be proficient enough in English to understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, make entries on reports and records, and converse with the public.
- Knowledge of Commercial Driver License programs is not required but requested.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Computer Programs.
- Strong Organization, Time Management Skills, and ability to set Priorities.
- Ability to read and interpret Statutes, Policies and Procedures.
- Strong communication, Interpersonal skills, and Attention to Detail.
- Ability to build relationships with internal teams.
Job Qualifications
- Required to stand on pavement for long periods, walk, and sit.
- Able to input, store and output on a (computer) keyboard and other office equipment.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.
- Able to have hand-eye coordination.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Exposed to very hot temperatures while working outside.
- Able to deal with sounds or noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable.

Pay
