Job Description
The Journeyman Technician will be responsible for maintaining a diverse range of equipment, including delivery vehicles, and trailers from various manufacturers. These vehicles' propulsion systems include diesel, gasoline, and electrical in some locations.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout duration of workday
- Sits infrequently, as required, throughout duration of workday
- Exercises simple hand grasping, power hand grasping, fine hand manipulation, and reaching from foot level to above shoulder level as necessary to complete assigned tasks
- Operates standard and manual transmission
- Operates power and pneumatic tools
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a CDL A
- Must be able to pass a DOT/physical, UPS road test and drug screening
Knowledge And Skills
- Documented automotive/fleet experience
- Experience with electrical and engine performance diagnostic, scan tools and personal computer
- Dependable with ability to report to work on a regular and timely basis and complete scheduled workday on a consistent basis

- Starting Pay rate $37.98, with TOP PAY $44.68 after 1-yr employment
